What a GVSC access system includes.

  • A free on-site survey covering entrances, server rooms, stores, yards and any door that shouldn’t be open to everyone.
  • The right reader per door, whether fingerprint, facial, card, tag or PIN, instead of one technology forced everywhere.
  • Door hardware done properly: maglocks, strikes, exit buttons, break-glass units and emergency release that meets fire requirements.
  • Software that lets you add and remove staff in seconds when someone joins or leaves.
  • Time and attendance reporting you can hand straight to payroll.
  • UPS backup so load-shedding never locks staff out or leaves a door unsecured.

Control that fits your site.

Offices, warehouses, factories, schools and estates each need a different mix of readers, gates and reporting.

01

Biometric & facial readers

Fingerprint and facial recognition so entry belongs to a person, not to a card that can be lent out or lost.

No shared cards
02

Card, tag & PIN

Practical for visitors, contractors and high-traffic doors, issued and revoked from the same system.

Issued in seconds
03

Doors, gates & turnstiles

Maglocks, strikes, booms, vehicle gates and turnstiles wired, mounted and tested as one working system.

Installed end to end
04

Time & attendance

Clock-in data straight out of the readers, exported in the format your payroll already uses.

Payroll-ready reports
05

CCTV integration

Every door event tied to camera footage, so you can see who used the reader, not just whose profile it was.

Power & fail-safe

UPS backup plus fail-safe and fail-secure decisions made per door, so outages don’t trap people or open your building.

Step 4

Support after

One number to call, plus help with reports and staff changes.

Common questions.

Can it handle time and attendance?

Yes. The same readers that unlock the door record the hours, and we export them in the format your payroll needs.

What happens in a power failure?

Readers and locks run on UPS. We also decide per door whether it should fail open or fail locked, so safety and security both hold.

Can you add to my existing system?

Often yes. If the controllers and cabling are sound we extend them and only replace readers that are failing or unsupported.

Do you cover my area?

We install and service across Gauteng from our Orchards base, and support multi-site clients nationally.

Free, no obligation

Let’s survey your doors and quote properly.

Tell us which areas need controlling. We’ll walk the site, agree the plan and give you an itemised quote.
